Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ECE CDA or Gateways Level 2 credential preferred.
• Prior experience with children.
• Basic knowledge of child growth and development.
• Ability to interpret state and local standards.

• Promotes and models high quality teaching and learning in the classroom.
• Maintains awareness and supervision of children’s needs and safety.
• Communicates with parents and families to encourage involvement.
