Job summary

Kids 'R' Kids Keller is seeking caring, dependable team members to support Lead Teachers and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences across classrooms. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment, assist during meals and activities, and interact with children to foster growth and joy.

Ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and are willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, education, or youth programs is a plus (but not required).
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work across multiple classrooms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, positive connections with students, families, and teammates.
• Follow center policies and state licensing requirements to ensure excellence in care.
