Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with age-appropriate lessons and activities for young children.
• Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play.
• Support a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Assist with diaper changing and teaching self-help skills.
• Help implement daily schedules, routines, and curriculum plans.
• Observe and report on children's developmental progress and behavior.
• Assist with classroom setup, materials preparation, and general support duties.
