Job summary

Kids 'R' Kids Keller is seeking an Assistant Teacher/Support Staff member to join our Keller, TX team. You will assist lead teachers with lessons, supervise children, and maintain a nurturing classroom to support early childhood development.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to pass a background check. Previous childcare experience is a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with young children is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons.
• Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play.
• Support a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Diaper changing and/or teaching children self-help skills (Like potty training, hand washing, etc.).
• Help implement daily schedules, routines, and curriculum plans.
• Observe and report on children's developmental progress and behavior.
• Assist with classroom setup, materials preparation, and general support duties.
