Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children.

• Observe, assess and document each child's developmental milestones and progress
• Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth
• Supervise classroom assistants and ensure adherence to daily routines and schedulesEnsure classroom health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive school culture

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma required, CDA credential or associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field aplus
• 1-2 years lead teacher experience working with toddlers
• Strong understanding of toddler developmental milestones and best practices
