Kids 'R' Kids Keller in Keller, TX is seeking a passionate Assistant Teacher/Support Staff member to join our team. You will assist lead teachers with early childhood lessons, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, nurturing classroom.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a love for child development. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience with young children in childcare or education is a plus.
• Pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Assist lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for early childhood learners
• Supervise and engage children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play

• Diaper changing and/or eaching children self help skills (Like potty training, hand washing, etc.)
• Help implement daily schedules, routines, and curriculum plans
• Observe and report on children's developmental progress and behavior
• Assist with classroom setup, materials preparation, and general support duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework preferred
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus
• Genuine passion for child development and early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
