The Learning Experience Corp - Eastmark, AZ is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our childcare team. You will help create a warm, safe classroom where children learn through play and guided activities.

You will support teachers with implementing our L.E.A.P. Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers, communicate with families about progress, and collaborate with center staff to promote enrollment and engagement. Must be 18+, High School Diploma, or GED, with childcare passion.

Qualifications

• Educational background: High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in childcare or passion for early childhood education preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines and health/safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Classroom leadership in a welcoming space where children can play, learn, and grow.
• Support curriculum implementation with our L.E.A.P. Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and nurturing environment for children.
• Communicate with families about progress via apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
• Cultivate warm relationships with families and colleagues.
