Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for Teacher Assistant.
• Prior early childhood/classroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in addressing individual developmental and learning needs, including following IEPs.

• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence tools.
• Follow the Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
• Assist with documenting and reporting escalated child behaviors.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
