Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant to join a warm, developmental learning environment. You’ll support daily classroom activities, help implement Cadence Signature Programs, and ensure safety and licensing compliance while fostering growth in young children.

You’ll work under the School Director and Lead Teacher, collaborating with staff, communicating professionally with families, and supporting children with diverse needs, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for Teacher Assistant.
• Background checks and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom activities and Cadence Education programs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.
