Qualifications

• Education requirements include diploma or pursuing ECE-related degree and CDA credentials.
• Experience with young children and knowledge of safety and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children to support language, learning, and growth.
• Supervise children across multiple classrooms with safety in mind.
• Assist with mealtime routines and transitions, including family-style meals.
• Support curriculum implementation and social-emotional strategies.
• Document observations in the data system and maintain confidentiality.
