• Prior related technical internship or work experience is a plus.
• Volunteerism or leadership experience is a plus.
• Involvement in IT related Associations/Organizations or participation in relevant technical competitions is a plus.
• Interest in the healthcare payer industry or beginning a career in IT.
• Eagerness to learn, grow and contribute.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Results‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to grasp new and unfamiliar concepts.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple projects.

What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?

• The compensation offered will vary depending on your job‑related skills, education, knowledge, and experience.

• Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

$19.13 - $34.17 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
