You will serve as the primary on-campus ambassador, building relationships with career services, faculty and student organizations to attract top emerging talent. You will also provide proactive sourcing across the Talent Acquisition function, manage the candidate lifecycle, and help deliver a superior candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college/university.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Travel required.
• One year of full-cycle recruiting.
• Previous campus recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Murphy USA's Analyst Development Program.
• Partner with Enterprise Analytics leaders to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage the candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Track hiring metrics to continuously improve program outcomes.
