Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP in St. Louis seeks an Early Careers Coordinator to support the firm’s legal talent pipeline by coordinating campus recruiting, assisting with the Summer Program, and onboarding incoming associates across multiple offices.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 2 years of professional work experience required.
• Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience in the legal industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate law student recruiting and summer associate programs as directed by leadership.
• Support law school recruiting at target schools, track programs, and maintain communications with the law school community.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting: post jobs, review materials, gather feedback, and ensure ATS records are accurate.
