Join BCLP as an Early Careers Coordinator and play a key role in developing the firm's future legal talent. Based in St. Louis, this position supports law student recruiting, summer associate programs, and incoming associate onboarding across multiple offices. The coordinator will manage recruiting activities, coordinate interviews and events, maintain candidate data, support campus recruiting initiatives, and help deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and summer associates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
