Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in the United States for recent graduates to start a fast-track career in technical sales. The 6-month program includes classroom training, hands-on experience, and mentorship, paired with a nationwide network of sales professionals.

You will develop technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills through customer interactions and projects, with a clear path for growth after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
