Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in Arlington Heights. This 6-month development track pairs you with a dedicated mentor and exposes you to nationwide sales professionals to build technical and business acumen for a high-growth sales career.
Participants will learn Johnson Controls' fire equipment, services, and building solutions, support sales activities and proposals, and develop relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field, graduating Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with others.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
- Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
- Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
- Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
- Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
