You will partner with executives, HR, and campus teams to recruit early‑career talent, manage six‑month rotation cycles, mentor participants, and deliver onboarding and development programs that accelerate performance.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with executives, HR, and campus teams to design and execute talent pipelines.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and continuously enhance a rotational development and internship program aligned with business priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end rotation cycles, including intake, evaluation, approvals, placements and transitions.
• Develop and manage a two‑level mentoring model engaging junior staff and senior leaders.
• Deliver structured onboarding and orientation to accelerate performance for new Associates and interns.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and external partners to deliver ongoing professional development.
