The Emerging Talent team focuses on attracting and developing early-career professionals through internships, outreach, and program administration. The intern will support recruitment, engagement, and program operations, helping to build databases, coordinate events, and track program

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented, independent worker and active team player.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, engagement, and program administration for early-career professionals.
• Build a termination, continuation, and exit request database.
• Perform code cleanups to optimize system performance and maintainability.
• Manage repository setup and updates for internal forms, templates, and program documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for external events such as career fairs, partner visits, and programming tours.
• Track program data, participation, and milestones using internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist with reports, summaries, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, follow up on requests, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures to support program continuity and onboarding.
