Job summary

The Exam Development Unit, Emerging Talent Intern position is based at MTA Headquarters in Brooklyn, NY. The role offers an onsite spring internship at an hourly rate of $21. You will support the personnel testing unit with test development, job analyses and notices of examinations.

Responsibilities

• Review test questions and work with SME panels for test review.
• Input questions into the computerized testing program and assist with job analyses and reports.
• Assist with notices of examination and computer-based testing processes.
• Review resumes to determine candidate qualification for positions.
