Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent research experience.
• Demonstrated software development skills and familiarity with modern practices and tools (e.g., Agile).
• Strong verbal and written communication and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience with C++, Java, Python; AI engineering and large language models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy software to support national security missions.
• Analyze software and AI systems to identify vulnerabilities and limitations.
• Interact with team members to identify needs and requirements.
• Present findings and solutions to team or organization.
• Participate in team planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Produce research proposals, reports, or papers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
