Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer. In this role, you will join a scrum team to support agile software development across Linux/Windows, designing, developing, testing, and debugging software to address mission issues.

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, Java experience, and experience with COTS/FOSS integration are required. Citizenship and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Java development experience.
• Knowledge/Experience in COTS/FOSS integration and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and navigate multiple operating system environments (Linux/Windows).
• Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
• US citizenship required; ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

• Plan, conduct, and coordinate agile software development activities.
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software with logical and mathematical solutions.
