Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer. In this role, you will work within a team of software engineers to design, develop, test and maintain C-130J & C-5 software products.

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of at least one programming language, experience in an Agile development environment, and have good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering with software programming coursework.
• Experience with at least one of C, C++, C#, or Ada.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.
• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that solves business/mission problems.
• Ensures software standards are met.
