Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks PhD scientists and engineers for an Early Career Program in R&D and other functions across North America, including Manufacturing & Engineering, ISC, and IS. You will tackle diverse problems, collaborate broadly, and contribute to sustainability goals while developing deep technical skills.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD with graduation by Nov 2027, a minimum 3.00 GPA preferred, and a strong safety mindset. Eligible for U.S. export controls and willing to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• A PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Eligibility to comply with U.S. export control laws.
