Job summary

Dow Inc. invites new graduate PhD scientists and engineers to join our R&D and M&E, ISC, and IS functions across North America. You will tackle open-ended problems, drive business value, and integrate innovative technologies while developing broad technical skills as an industrial researcher.

Prerequisites include a PhD in a relevant field, with graduation by Nov 2027, and a GPA preference of 3.0+. The program emphasizes collaboration, safety, and sustainability across Dow’s diverse teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Preferred GPA 3.00 on a 4.0 scale.
