Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date of no later than November 2027.
• Preferred GPA not required; emphasis on advanced training and research experience.

Responsibilities

• As a PhD scientist or engineer, solve diverse and open-ended problems and drive initiatives that provide business and customer value.
• Collaborate across Dow teams and functions to apply innovative technologies in practice.
• Develop broad and deep technical skills as an industrial researcher and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals.
