Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate PhD and post‑doc scientists and engineers for roles in R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, ISC, and IS across North America, including Pennsylvania. You will solve open-ended problems, drive value, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals as part of an early career program. Ideal candidates hold a PhD with graduation by Nov 2027; GPA 3.0+ is preferred.

Eligible for U.S. export controls, TWIC may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 on a 4.000 scale (preferred).
