Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or aviation maintenance.
• Experience in continuous improvement and/or lean process development.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve manufacturing and repair processes.
• Provide technical documentation to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Act as a technical representative to customers and suppliers.

Skills

Technical knowledge of hardware specifications

Ability to read and understand tool drawings

Mechanical evaluations and repairs skills

Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)

Leadership and teamwork skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Tools

CAD/CAM

ERP systems (Jobboss preferred)
