Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or HRIP certification preferred.
• Experience in HR, talent acquisition, or campus recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns and early career professionals.
• Build talent pipelines with universities and industry organizations.
• Coordinate internship and early career development programs with orientation and mentoring.
• Support onboarding for graduate engineers and new full-time hires.
• Track program metrics and recommend improvements.
• Organize career fairs and campus recruitment events.
• Serve as main contact for interns and early career staff.
