Job summary

WSB is seeking a Specialist, Human Resources Early Career to lead our national intern program and support early career hires in Minnesota. The role oversees recruitment, coordination, engagement, development, and summer programming for 60+ interns annually.

The position also supports onboarding and growth for graduate engineers and new full-time hires, driving a strong talent pipeline and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for college-level interns and early career professionals.
• Partner with universities and industry organizations to build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and manage internship and early career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns and early career professionals, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with universities to build talent pipelines and campus engagement.
• Coordinate internship/early career programs, including orientation, mentorship and training.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce needs and early career strategies.
