Lockheed Martin is seeking an Early Career Financial Management Associate to perform financial analysis on assigned programs. The role focuses on Earned Value Management (EVM) for hardware, baselines, performance reports, and variance explanations, with collaboration across program and financial management teams.

The position requires a Finance/Accounting-related degree, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data interpretation and variance analysis.
• Foundational knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting principles.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting findings.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) of hardware and related costs.
• Prepare program baselines and maintain performance reports.
• Conduct cost analysis and develop variance explanations.
• Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC) and surveillance support for all assigned programs.
• Integrate data from multiple financial systems and ensure conformance with company processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
