Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a financial professional to support EVM, forecasting, and program-level reporting. The role focuses on earned value management, cash flow, and performance reporting across multiple finance functions in a hybrid work environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with program and financial teams, ensuring compliance with FAR/CAS/GAAP and supporting proposal and basis of estimate activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency of Earned Value Management principles and EVMS metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and self-directed environment.
• Current DoD TS clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years required to apply, ICD704 Eligible

Responsibilities

• Earned value management and reporting.
• Financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting (including Monthly Outlook, Quarterly CSR, Annual Operating Plan).
• Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure alignment with company processes.
• Preparing and presenting program-level earned value and financial performance reports (including CSDR FlexFile).
• Cash Flow management (including Invoicing and Milestone/Incentive negotiations).
