Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks a finance professional to perform multi-functional financial activities including FP&A, Program Finance, and accounting for the FBM program at Cape Canaveral, Florida. You will consolidate results, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to executives within strict regulatory requirements.

The role requires experience with budgeting, EVM/Program Performance Management, and data analytics; familiarity with SAP, Cobra, and Tableau is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of combined education/experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Experience managing and analyzing large budgets or other related finance skills
• High analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data
• Must be able to obtain or already have a Secret security clearance. US citizenship is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates information from financial systems into actionable business solution recommendations to key stakeholders
• Participation in weekly meetings, interface with Management to ascertain variance cause and corrective action
• Work with data systems to support contract proposals for new and existing efforts
• Assist managers in development of staffing plans and forecasts and monitoring of weekly labor charges
• Analysis of actual headcount and cost
• Provide guidance to Control Account Managers including trend identification and risk/opportunity assessments
• Present data in a business review format to LM Senior Management
