Sub-Zero Group, Inc. invites recent engineering graduates to join the Engineering Rotational Development Program in Madison, Wisconsin.

The program starts January 2027 and runs three 6-month rotations across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations Management, Reliability, Controls and Process Engineering. Participants receive full-time employment with pay and benefits, with a pathway to a regular full-time position upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Recent undergraduate graduates in engineering or related fields.
• Program begins January 2027.
• Open to graduates eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 6-month rotations.
• Rotations in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations Management, Reliability, Controls, and Process Engineering.
• After program, transitional placement into a full-time role within the organization.
