Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Washington state is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to recruit entry-level engineering talent across all engineering disciplines for spaceflight programs. You will identify, interview and hire the brightest minds to design, test, manufacture and launch reusable spaceflight systems.

As part of the Talent Acquisition Team supporting Blue Origin's Early Career Recruiting, you will develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and lead searches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience including engineering, manufacturing, or IT positions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence business leaders.
• Experience generating leads using multiple sourcing platforms and methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies.
• Screen, interview and develop prospects into candidates; engage and sustain relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers and business-unit leaders; lead candidate debriefs and update meetings.
