Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized engineering roles within the Space Vehicles division. This on-site, full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening and hiring engineers in Structural, Mechanical, Avionics, and Electrical disciplines, including roles requiring security clearances.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, manufacturing, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and search strategies to build pipelines.
• Screen, interview and develop candidates; move them through hiring process.
• Coach and develop other Talent Acquisition team members.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders on scoping and candidate debriefs.
