Job Description

This position is open to 2022-2025 graduates.

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions, including calls, live chat, and SMS. The role involves using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions from Allstate's broad product portfolio, including other Allstate-owned brands. The representative will be evaluated based on sales performance, time management, quality of business, and adherence to company and industry regulations.

  1. Work from home to connect with prospective customers via various communication channels.
  2. Use insurance expertise to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and convert prospects into customers using a proven sales strategy.
  3. Utilize or obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license with Allstate’s support.

Compensation

The hourly rate ranges from $17.50 to $23.13, depending on experience and qualifications.
