Job Description

This position is open to 2022-2025 graduates.

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions. The role involves using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions to protect customers, and influence their purchase decisions. The representative will be evaluated on sales performance, time management, quality of business, and adherence to company and industry regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Work from home to connect with prospective customers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, etc., to drive sales growth.
  2. Use insurance expertise to identify customer needs, recommend solutions from Allstate's broad product portfolio, and convert prospects into customers using a proven sales strategy.
  3. Obtain or hold a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license, with Allstate providing licensing assistance and reimbursement.

Compensation
