Best Care EAP seeks a Training Specialist to design written and visual training materials and to facilitate sessions for client organizations. The role emphasizes delivering engaging content and measurable outcomes through soft-skill development and leadership programs.

Responsibilities include creating contemporary content, utilizing online and in-person delivery, traveling to client sites as needed, and maintaining thorough documentation while upholding professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mental Health Awareness training to be completed within first 60 days of employment required
• 2+ years of experience in organizational development, corporate trainer, presenter/facilitator, curriculum design, eLearning and/or online training program creation/development, HR/leadership

Aufgaben

• Train and consult on soft skills, teambuilding, and leadership development
• Develop and deliver engaging, relevant training content for client organizations
• Present and facilitate training sessions, both online and in person
• Represent the Best Care EAP brand with clients and promote services for program success
• Analyze training effectiveness and adjust curriculum as needed
• Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation in the electronic records system
