• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and confidentiality (HIPAA) is desirable.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation after training.

• Deliver intake, assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals under supervision.
• Participate in case consultation and complete clinical documentation.
• Assist with intake coverage and scheduling as assigned.
• Support FEAP education, outreach, and promotional events.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation after training.
