Responsibilities

• Develop learning content and deliver training sessions as part of our comprehensive EAM global enablement program.
• Create learning content and conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises to equip internal teams and partners with the knowledge and skills to support EAM effectively.
• Maintain EAM technical proficiency, instructional design capabilities, and excellent presentation skills.
• Understand adult learning styles and demonstrate a passion for teaching.

Key Objectives

• Training Content Development: Create training and exercise materials that enable implementation teams to execute EAM software deployments successfully.
• Training Delivery: Conduct high-quality training sessions based on instructional design principles and a competency framework.
• Learner Engagement: Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages participation and retention.
• Content Utilization: Leverage training materials and resources to deliver consistent and standardized programs.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect participant feedback to refine training experiences.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of EAM to train diverse audiences effectively.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of Hexagon EAM solutions.
• Minimum 5 years experience in operational coordination of cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (Note: Hexagon will not sponsor visas).
