Responsibilities

The Principal Strategy & Enablement Consultant will develop learning content and deliver training sessions as part of our comprehensive EAM global enablement program. The person in this role will create learning content and conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises designed to equip internal teams, and partners with the knowledge and skills required to deliver and support EAM effectively and successfully. This role requires EAM technical proficiency, instructional design capabilities, excellent presentation skills, understanding of adult learning styles, and a passion for teaching.

This role requires EAM technical proficiency, instructional design capabilities, excellent presentation skills, understanding of adult learning styles, and a passion for teaching.

Key Objectives

  • Training Content development: Create training and exercise material that equips implementation teams (internal and partners) with the knowledge and tools to execute EAM software deployments successfully.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct high-quality training sessions using instructional design principles that are based on a competency framework to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Learner Engagement: Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and retention.
  • Content Utilization: Leverage training materials, tools, and resources to deliver consistent, standardized training programs and hands-on exercises.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from participants to continuously refine and improve the training experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of EAM to effectively train diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical users.

Education / Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities.

  • Extensive knowledge of Hexagon EAM solutions
  • Minimum 5 years experience with the operational coordination of multiple, cross-functional programs and programs
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • A self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
