That’s why we’re seeking an Instructional Designer who will have direct involvement in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of e-learning content focused on topics related to Cogstate products as well as creating learning content for Cogstate staff. The type of training content developed will primarily be related to Central Nervous System (CNS) cognitive assessments.
This is a highly consultative and collaborative role in which the Instructional Designer will consult with key stakeholders in the organization to identify education and enablement needs, make solution recommendations, and oversee program execution. The externally-focused learning programs will center on the operational knowledge and skills that sponsor project teams, site staff, and caregivers across the Cogstate’s ecosystem need in order to complete their study-related tasks.
This is a 6-month independent contractor role, with an expected workload of approximately 30 hours per week. There may be an opportunity to explore a transition to a full-time employment position at the end of the contract term, subject to business needs and mutual agreement. Candidates must be based in the United States.
