EAM Technical Trainer (Remote - United States)

Responsibilities

• Develop learning content and deliver training sessions as part of our comprehensive EAM global enablement program.
• Create learning content and conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises designed to equip internal teams and partners with the knowledge and skills required to deliver and support EAM effectively and successfully.
• Maintain EAM technical proficiency, instructional design capabilities, and excellent presentation skills.
• Understand adult learning styles and have a passion for teaching.

Key Objectives

• Training Content Development: Create training and exercise material that equips implementation teams with the knowledge and tools to execute EAM software deployments successfully.
• Training Delivery: Conduct high-quality training sessions based on a competency framework to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Learner Engagement: Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and retention.
• Content Utilization: Use training materials, tools, and resources to deliver consistent and standardized training programs and exercises.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from participants to refine and improve training experiences.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of EAM to train diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical users.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of Hexagon EAM solutions.
• Minimum 5 years experience in operational coordination of multiple, cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
