RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System Analyst in Grand Junction, CO. The role focuses on supporting the Archibus system, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing workflows across real estate, asset management, and IT functions.

Travel is expected to be under 10%. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience, with hands-on work in Archibus, Maximo, Hexagon, and SAP, plus SQL and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS, Engineering, or related field; experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day software configuration, permissions, security, integrations, and data integrity.
• Clean and verify asset data; generate reports; support audits and connectors.
• Bridge IT functionality with real estate/asset management operations.
• Support work orders and workflows; maintain maintenance history.
• Troubleshoot application errors and vendor tickets.
• Optimize processes; identify underutilized features; provide feedback.
• Test enhancements; train users; develop user guides.
• Collaborate with IT, departments, and vendor on changes.
• Maintain data connections between Archibus and AutoCAD, FIMS, ArcGIS; sync floor plans.
