Job summary

RSI is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System Analyst in Westminster, CO to support the Archibus system, ensuring data accuracy, optimized workflows, and end-user support for real estate, asset management, personal property, and IT. This full-time role requires a BA/BS and 5+ years of experience.

The position interacts with IT and operational departments, ensuring data integrity and coordinating with vendors for enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day software configuration, permissions, security, integrations, data integrity, and personnel.
• Clean and verify asset data, generate reports, and support data calls and audits.
• Bridge IT functionality with real estate and asset management.
• Support corrective and preventive work orders and related workflows; gatekeeper for work orders.
