Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Archibus Solutions) to lead functional delivery of Archibus implementations for federal and state clients. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, system configuration, and adoption across multiple concurrent projects.

As a fully remote position in the United States, you will collaborate with facilities, real property, asset management, and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into Archibus configurations, workflows,

Qualifications

• Must have business analysis experience across facilities management
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations
• Strong understanding of facility lifecycle management and asset management
• Ability to work with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience supporting Archibus workflows, forms, views, tables, and business processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional SME for Archibus across multiple client engagements.
• Advise federal clients on facilities management best practices and Archibus capabilities.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Translate client requirements into Archibus configurations and workflows.
• Provide functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Deliver end-user training and operational support.
• Coordinate with PM and tech teams for integrations and reporting.
