Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System Analyst in Westminster, CO to support Archibus implementations and ongoing maintenance. You will ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows, and assist end-users across real estate, asset management, and IT functions.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in IT/CS/MIS/Engineering. Travel is under 10% with a competitive salary range of $70,000–$80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day software configuration and execution, user permissions and roles, system security, integrations, data integrity, and personnel.
• Cleans and verifies asset data, generates reports, supports data calls or audits, and executes connectors.
• Acts as the bridge between IT functionality and operational departments like real estate or asset management.
• Supports work orders and workflows, ensuring accurate maintenance history.
• Troubleshoot application errors and support vendor tickets.
• Optimize current processes and identify underutilized features.
• Test system enhancements, train users, and develop user guides.
• Collaborate with IT, other departments, and vendor to deploy enhancements and manage change.
• Maintain data and connections between Archibus and AutoCAD, FIMS, ArcGIS; keep floorplans and space inventory in sync.
• Other duties as assigned.
