Job summary

1898 & Co., the management and technology advisory arm of Burns & McDonnell, seeks an Enterprise Asset Management Service Offering Director to lead strategy, development, and delivery for EAM/APM in utility and infrastructure sectors across North America.

You will shape go-to-market, architect multi-platform solutions (IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo), lead high-value sales pursuits, and oversee complex projects from initiation through delivery, while mentoring a growing advisory team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required with 13+ years in relevant roles.
• Proven success managing consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy for EAM/APM services.
• Lead executive client conversations and solution architecture.
• Own proposals, scope definitions, and delivery estimates.
• Manage pipeline and collaborate with account executives.
• Oversee complex implementations and QA/QC processes.
• Mentor and grow the EAM delivery team.
