Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, including scope, schedule, team activities, communication, and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions with local government and utility leadership.
• Technologically advanced in one or more enterprise technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; higher degree preferred.
• Approximately 15% travel; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership to develop project scopes, oversee deliverables, and manage client expectations.
• Develop work products with limited oversight to support client challenges across multiple industries, mentoring junior staff.
• Serve as primary team member in client meetings, facilitate workshops, and train junior staff.
• Lead the project team in interactive client meetings to identify and analyze issues affecting the organization and stakeholders.
• Act as project manager for client engagements, ensuring delivery of high-quality services on time and within budget.
• Meet performance goals and milestones, align with delivery standards, and complete required training.
