Golden State Water Company in San Dimas, CA seeks an Enterprise Asset Management Manager to lead the EAM strategy and oversee Cityworks, ensuring optimal asset performance and lifecycle optimization across the utility. You will work with multiple departments to align asset practices with regulatory requirements and business goals.

The role requires extensive EAM experience, ISO 55000 knowledge, and strong leadership to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management, preferably within the utility industry.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and standards such as ISO 55000.
• Extensive experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, specifically Cityworks.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic asset management plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Enterprise Asset Management strategy and framework.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of asset management programs.
• Lead Cityworks-related continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data collection, analysis, and reporting in Cityworks.
• Integrate asset management processes with operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance.
• Develop and maintain asset management policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage the asset registry and ensure assets are accurately recorded in Cityworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for asset-related risks.
• Lead asset condition assessment program development and execution.
• Provide training and support on EAM practices and Cityworks usage.
• Monitor KPIs related to asset management.
• Prepare rate case testimony and data requests for CPUC filings.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting asset management.
